As we head into the final months of 2026, it’s an exciting and particularly busy time for clubs across South Australia.

For many clubs, the warmer months bring increased activity, events, functions and visitors, making now the ideal time to ensure your people, operations and governance are ready for the season ahead. In this edition of Clublink, we’ve brought together practical information and resources to help clubs prepare, from AGM and governance guidance through to training, compliance and planning for the busy Christmas and summer period.

It’s also time to celebrate.

The countdown is officially on to the 2026 Clubs SA Clubs & Community Awards, taking place on Saturday 14 November at Adelaide Oval. This year’s Awards have once again highlighted the extraordinary contribution our clubs, employees and volunteers make to communities across South Australia.

With our finalists announced, we’re looking forward to bringing the industry together for a fantastic evening of recognition and celebration. I encourage clubs to secure their tickets, bring along their teams and join us as we celebrate the people and clubs that make our sector so special.
