Club Governance 101
Clubs vary enormously in their purpose, structure, size and level of complexity but in law – and its heart – every club is responsible for ensuring that the members of the Board or Committee work together, as a effective team, to achieve the Club’s Objectives in a way that is responsible, efficient and ethical.
We’ll cut through the jargon and help you understand what it means to govern an organisation in an increasingly complex and regulated world without losing sight of what matters to your members.
This module is the foundation for all the other modules in our Club Development Program.

- The essential tools every Committee needs in its Governance Toolkit.
