Being part of setting and monitoring the Budget and understanding the monthly and annual financial reports is part of the legal responsibility carried by every Board or Committee member. This module will make sure you understand the basics of the regular reports you should be receiving and you’ll learn what questions you should be asking.

Your Club’s Constitution (sometimes called the Rules) sets out the most basic legal requirements that your Club and its members must (yes, must) follow. By the end of this module you’ll have a good understanding of your own Club’s Constitution and you’ll understand the process that must be followed when changes are needed.

Every Club occasionally experiences conflict or disputes between members, between members and the Committee or between Committee members. This module will help you understand the difference between complaints, conflict, disputes and appeals and how to properly manage each.
