Navigating Conflict 101
Every Club occasionally experiences conflict or disputes between members, between members and the Committee or between Committee members. This module will help you understand the difference between complaints, conflict, disputes and appeals and how to properly manage each.

- All Board or Committee members
- Club Managers

- Difference between difficult or unacceptable behaviour, complaints, conflict, disputes and appeals
- Managing difficult behaviours
- Managing unacceptable behaviours
- Applying the principles of natural justice and procedural fairness
- Proper processes for dealing with complaints, conflict, disputes and appeals
- Disciplining or removing a member
- Preventing unnecessary conflict, disputes and appeals.
