Food Safety Standards 3.2.2A: A new food safety standard came into effect 8 December 2023 that introduces further requirements for businesses that handle unpackaged, ready-to-eat and potentially hazardous foods. Those classed as a category 1 or 2 business must implement new safety management tools.
