Profit Sharing: *Please Contact Clubs SA before using* Where parties enter into a management agreement that involves the sale, service and provision and/or share of profits from liquor sold or supplied and one of the parties is not licensed then approval must be granted by the Liquor and Gambling Commissioner. Members must read the profit sharing guide and then use the application template to request approval before entering into an agreement with an unlicensed party.
