Constitutions 101
Your Club’s Constitution (sometimes called the Rules) sets out the most basic legal requirements that your Club and its members must (yes, must) follow. By the end of this module you’ll have a good understanding of your own Club’s Constitution and you’ll understand the process that must be followed when changes are needed.

- Club Managers
What we’ll cover:
- The legal status of a Constitution
- The structure of every Constitution
- Explanation of mandatory clauses in every Constitution
- Examples of optional additional clauses
- Knowing when your Constitution has problems or needs updating
- The proper process for fixing or updating (or replacing) your Constitution.
